This policy describes how Hope Creative LLC ("VYBE Create," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, shares, retains, and deletes your information when you use vybecreate.com and the VYBE Create app.
We do not sell your personal information.
Certain features — including Face Swap and Video Face Swap — require you to upload photos or videos that may contain human faces ("Face Data"). We only collect Face Data when you choose to use these specific features by uploading an image or video yourself.
What we collect: the photo(s) or video(s) you upload for face-swap processing, and the resulting output image or video.
How we use it: Face Data is used solely to perform the specific generation you request. We do not use Face Data for facial recognition, identity verification, or biometric matching, and we do not build a biometric profile of you or anyone in your uploads.
Sharing: To generate your output, your uploaded Face Data is sent to our third-party AI processing provider, Fal.ai, solely to fulfill your specific generation request (see Section 4 below). We require that any third party we share Face Data with provide the same or equal level of protection as described in this policy, and Face Data is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Retention: Your uploaded and generated Face Data is stored in your account (visible in your Assets) until you delete it.
Deletion and revoking consent: You can delete any individual photo, video, or generation containing Face Data at any time from your Assets. You can revoke consent entirely and delete all of your Face Data by deleting your account from the Account page in the app, or by emailing support@vybecreate.com. Deleted Face Data is permanently removed from our active systems immediately, and from backups within 30 days.
VYBE Create uses the following third-party AI providers to generate the content you request. We only send the specific content you actively submit for a given generation — never other data from your account or device — and only to the provider needed to fulfill that request:
Your permission: by uploading a photo or video, entering a prompt, and tapping "Generate" (or the equivalent action) within a studio, you are directing us to send that specific content to the relevant provider(s) listed above in order to produce your requested output. Each studio screen displays a notice near the generate action confirming this before you submit.
We use trusted third parties to operate VYBE Create: Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage), Stripe and RevenueCat (payment processing), Netlify (hosting), and the AI providers named in Section 4. Each provider processes data under its own security and privacy obligations and provides the same or equal protection described in this policy.
Your uploads and generated outputs are stored so you can access them in your Assets. You may delete your content or request account deletion at any time from within the app, or by contacting us. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on user data, and server-side processing of sensitive operations. No system is 100% secure; use a strong, unique password.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, including Face Data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@vybecreate.com.
VYBE Create is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
